Malcolm Hollis  is a Chartered Surveyor who specialises in Defect Recognition, the Diagnosis of the Cause of Failure and the interpretation of Liability.   He also undertakes work as an Expert Witness and Single Joint Expert in connection with disputes relating to Surveys, Construction disputes and Dilapidations. He has given evidence in over 60 matters within Chancery, the Technology and Construction, Crown and Magistrates Courts in both civil and criminal actions in England, Scotland, Guernsey, Holland and Belgium. He was appointed Professor of Building Pathology by the University of Reading in 1988 and is also Visiting Professor to Universities in Malaysia and Italy

Richard Dickinson is a Chartered Building Surveyor and as a member of the Association of Project Safety is also a registered CDM Coordinator. Richard holds an MSc in Building Rehabilitation and has lectured on Building Surveying at the University of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. He regularly chairs RICS assessment of professional competence panels and since 2003 he has run his own company, Cave Consultancy; providing commercial building surveying and project consultancy advice to clients on properties throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.

Geoff Hunt is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in site supervision and building pathology. Geoff is Director of Geoffrey Hunt Building Surveying Services Ltd which provides private practice services in the following fields: Independent Construction Consultancy, Building Pathology (investigation of defects and negligence cases), Expert Witness, Dilapidations reports and negotiations, Building Surveys and Project monitoring. Geoff is also Publisher of the Architectural Timeline and Author of Residential Defects (RICS Books) and has lectured in construction technology and is an advisor to the National Self Build Centre.

Anthony Silver is a  Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in both private practice and with a public property company, Anthony is a specialist in rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants as well as valuation work. David Menzies Associates are very active commercial agents; leasing, disposing of and acquiring a wide range of property, including shops, offices and industrial property throughout the UK with a particular focus in London and the South East.

David Rose is a senior litigation partner at Michael Conn Goldsobel Solicitors and is a highly experienced litigator in the fields of property / construction / commercial litigation with particular expertise in handling dilapidation claims.  His cases have been reported on a number of occasions.  He is a Solicitor/Advocate having rights of audience in all civil courts and thus a seasoned advocate. David is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Arbitrators and been involved in a number of mediations.  David adopts a positive and hands-on approach to his work and enjoys working closely with both his clients and their non-legal professionals.

Paul Bell graduated in Mechanical Sciences from Cambridge University in 1970 and in Concrete Structures from Imperial College in 1973.  He worked for Felix Samuely and Partners 1973-76 and for S. Jampel and Partners becoming Jampel Davison & Bell since 1976 (with a spell at S.B. Tietz).  He has a particular interest in historic structures having worked on old buildings in London and elsewhere for more than 30 years.  He has the Graduate Diploma of the Architectural Association in Conservation and is on the Conservation Accreditation Register for Engineers (CARE).  He also enjoys designing modern structures.

Jampel Davison & Bell have won RIBA, Civic Trust and British Construction Industry Awards.

Paul Bidwell has almost 20 years experience in the Health and Safety Industry, and served 15 years in the Royal Navy as an Electrical Mechanical Artificer. As a senior surveyor with Absolute Health and Safety Solutions Ltd Paul has over 75 construction projects under his belt providing services of CDM Coordinator and Planning Supervisor for Clients and Competent Person for Principal Contractors; his multi skilled back ground allows him to have a wide objective view of low to medium risk construction projects.
